  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden) - 2

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped red bell pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, forming a long kebab.
  3. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat and brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil.
  4. Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.
