- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden) - 2
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped red bell pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, forming a long kebab.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat and brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.
