Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.

- Stir in the tomato paste, dried thyme, cumin, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to combine.

- Add the cooked chickpeas to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
