- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.

- While the patties are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt with diced cucumber and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Toast the whole wheat burger buns lightly on a grill or in the skillet for extra flavor.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun, topping with lettuce leaves, and adding the yogurt sauce on top. Cover with the top half of the bun.
