  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb steaks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the lamb steaks from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  5. Place the lamb steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
