  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
