- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
