Steps
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in warm water for 15 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the drained rice to the saucepan, stirring to coat with the oil and onion mixture for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, add the soaked dried grapes, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
