Ingredients

  • Semolina - 100 grams

  • Water - 250 ml
  • Dried grapes (kuru üzüm) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the semolina to the melted butter and stir continuously until the semolina turns golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, soak the dried grapes in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them, then drain.
  4. Once the semolina is golden, slowly add the water while stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Add the granulated sugar and continue to stir until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  6. Fold in the soaked dried grapes and mix well.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
