Ingredients

  • Water - 200 milliliters
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Pistachios (for garnish) - 10 grams

Steps

  1. Start by soaking the dried pomegranate seeds in water for about 15 minutes to soften them.
  2. While the seeds are soaking, chop the walnuts and almonds into small pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the soaked pomegranate seeds (drained), walnuts, almonds, honey, and cinnamon powder.
  4. Add 200 milliliters of water to the mixture and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Once the mixture thickens and the nuts are well coated, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and flatten it out evenly.
  7. Garnish with finely chopped pistachios on top for added flavor and texture.
  8. Let it cool completely before serving to allow it to set.
