- Walnuts - 30g
- Almonds - 30g
- Sunflower seeds - 20g
- Pumpkin seeds - 20g
- Sesame seeds - 10g
- Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Honey or agave syrup (optional) - 1 tbsp
Steps
- Gather all the dried fruits, nuts, and seeds into a large mixing bowl.
- Chop the dried apricots and figs into bite-sized pieces for easier eating.
- Add the chopped dried fruits to the bowl along with the dried mulberries.
