  • Dried figs - 50g
  • Dried mulberries - 30g
  • Walnuts - 30g
  • Almonds - 30g
  • Sunflower seeds - 20g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 20g
  • Sesame seeds - 10g
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Honey or agave syrup (optional) - 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Gather all the dried fruits, nuts, and seeds into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Chop the dried apricots and figs into bite-sized pieces for easier eating.
  3. Add the chopped dried fruits to the bowl along with the dried mulberries.
  4. In a dry skillet over medium heat, lightly toast the walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds for about 3-5 minutes until fragrant, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and let the nuts and seeds cool for a few minutes before adding them to the bowl with the dried fruits.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the mixture and gently toss everything together until well combined.
