  • Cloves - 2
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped walnuts - 20 grams

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the dried apricots, figs, and plums.
  2. Add 500 ml of water, the cinnamon stick, and cloves to the saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the honey and lemon juice.
  5. Let the komposto cool slightly, then serve warm in bowls, topped with chopped walnuts.
