- Water - 100 ml
- Fresh mint leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Begin by rinsing the dried apricots under cold water to clean them.
- In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped walnuts, almonds, agave syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Carefully open each dried apricot and stuff it with the nut mixture, ensuring they are filled generously.
- Place the stuffed apricots in a shallow dish and pour the water over them.
