- Yogurt - 150 grams
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped pistachios - 20 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a small pot, combine the dried strawberries, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the strawberries to soften and the mixture to thicken.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry. Stir this into the simmering strawberry mixture and cook for another 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly before transferring it to serving bowls.
- In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Once the strawberry mixture has cooled down, spoon the yogurt sauce over the top of the strawberries in each bowl.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top for added crunch and flavor. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a refreshing treat.
