Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Clean the anchovies by removing the heads and guts, then rinse them under cold water and pat dry.
- In a large pot, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10-12 minutes.

- Add the steamed cauliflower to the skillet, along with butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mash the cauliflower until smooth and creamy.

- Bake the anchovies in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and slightly crispy.
