  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cooked chickpeas - 100 grams
  • Grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar) - 100 grams
  • Sour cream - 100 grams
  • Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
  • Pickled cucumbers - 50 grams, diced
  • Olives - 50 grams, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
  4. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until soft when pierced with a fork.
  6. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the toppings by mixing the cooked chickpeas with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
  7. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil.
