  • Chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) - 30 grams
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate shavings - 20 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and pierce them with a fork multiple times.
  3. Wrap each sweet potato in aluminum foil and place them on a baking tray.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Once baked, remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  6. Carefully unwrap the foil and slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise, scooping out a bit of the flesh to create space for the filling.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
