- Large potatoes - 2
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Milk - 100 ml
- Butter - 30 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts) - 30 grams
- Dried fruits (raisins or apricots) - 30 grams
- Chocolate sauce - for drizzling
- Whipped cream - for serving (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and poke several holes in them with a fork.
- Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place them in the oven. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Carefully unwrap the potatoes and slice them open lengthwise, fluffing the insides with a fork.
- Spoon the cocoa mixture into the potatoes, mixing it with the fluffy potato flesh.
- Top with chopped nuts and dried fruits.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
- Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
