Ingredients

  • Large potatoes - 2
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Butter - 30 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts) - 30 grams
  • Dried fruits (raisins or apricots) - 30 grams
  • Chocolate sauce - for drizzling
  • Whipped cream - for serving (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and poke several holes in them with a fork.
  3. Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place them in the oven. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  6. Carefully unwrap the potatoes and slice them open lengthwise, fluffing the insides with a fork.
  7. Spoon the cocoa mixture into the potatoes, mixing it with the fluffy potato flesh.
  8. Top with chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  9. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
  10. Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
