  • Chocolate sauce - for drizzling

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pierce them a few times with a fork.
  3. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, mix the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well combined and slightly thickened. Set aside.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven, unwrap, and let them cool slightly.
