- Diced lamb or beef - 200 grams
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Green bell pepper - 1, finely chopped
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, instant yeast, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the diced meat to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the green bell pepper, tomato, paprika, cumin, and ground black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are soft.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the rested dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form two oval shapes.
- Spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly over each dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
