Steps

  1. In a pan, toast the pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently to avoid burning, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add water, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the pan with toasted pine nuts, and bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly.
