- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces (for serving)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the cucumber salad by combining the diced cucumber, chopped mint, and lemon juice in a separate bowl. Mix well and set aside.
