  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces (for serving)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty.
