- Garlic cloves - 2, minced
- Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams

- Cucumber - 50 grams, finely diced
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped red onion, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 2 patties, ensuring they are even in size.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and diced cucumber in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To serve, place each chicken patty in a large lettuce leaf, top with a generous spoonful of yogurt sauce, and wrap it up like a taco.
