Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice the sucuk into thin rounds and add it to the skillet, frying for about 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown.
  3. Add the diced red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
