- Sucuk sausage - 200 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2 medium, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the casing from the sucuk sausage and crumble it into the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes until browned.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sucuk, almond flour, egg, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Form the mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat the skillet again with a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
- Prepare the burger: Lay a lettuce leaf on a plate, place a sucuk patty on top, and add slices of tomato and cucumber.
