  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cauliflower - 300 grams (riced)
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Crushed tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams (crumbled)
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into two patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  3. While the patties are cooking, rice the cauliflower by either grating it or using a food processor. Steam it for 5 minutes until tender.
  4. In a separate pan, combine tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes over medium heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
