Ingredients
- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cauliflower - 300 grams (riced)
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Crushed tomatoes - 200 grams
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams (crumbled)
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into two patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, rice the cauliflower by either grating it or using a food processor. Steam it for 5 minutes until tender.
- In a separate pan, combine tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes over medium heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Once the patties are cooked, place them on a plate over a bed of cauliflower rice. Pour the tomato sauce over the patties.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
