Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100g
  • Butter - 50g
  • Erythritol - 30g
  • Cream cheese - 100g
  • Heavy whipping cream - 100ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Pistachios, chopped - 20g
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour with melted butter and erythritol until well combined.
  3. Press the almond flour mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish to form a crust.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the almond flour crust evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top for added texture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
