Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams

  • Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in the boiling water for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool.
