Ingredients
- Green cabbage - 200 grams, chopped
- Cauliflower - 150 grams, chopped
- Zucchini - 100 grams, diced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, chopped
- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
- Stir in the chopped green cabbage, cauliflower, and diced zucchini. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
