  • Lamb shoulder - 300 grams, diced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the diced lamb shoulder to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours for better flavor.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked through and has a nice char.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
