- Lamb shoulder - 300 grams, diced

- Greek yogurt - 50 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the diced lamb shoulder to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours for better flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
