- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Keto-friendly garlic sauce - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, parsley, mint, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, and almond flour. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties, ensuring they are compact and uniform in shape.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the keto-friendly garlic sauce and slice the tomato and cucumber.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
