  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Keto-friendly garlic sauce - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, parsley, mint, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, and almond flour. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties, ensuring they are compact and uniform in shape.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the keto-friendly garlic sauce and slice the tomato and cucumber.
  5. Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
