Ingredients

  • Cooked ground beef - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Feta cheese - 30 grams, crumbled
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Chop the cauliflower into florets and steam or boil until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add butter, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
