- Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 150 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Diced cucumber - 50 grams
- Chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped green onion - 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, until golden and tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, diced cucumber, chopped parsley, and chopped green onion.
