- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Keto-friendly mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the steamed cauliflower and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the cauliflower mixture into two burger-shaped patties and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the cauliflower patties in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the patties are baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
