Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Butter - 20 grams
  • Sour cream - 30 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 50 grams
  • Cooked bacon bits - 30 grams
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Olives (sliced) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them for about 10-15 minutes until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the cauliflower mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
