- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Butter - 20 grams
- Sour cream - 30 grams
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 50 grams
- Cooked bacon bits - 30 grams
- Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
- Olives (sliced) - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them for about 10-15 minutes until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
