  • Vegetable broth - 500 milliliters
  • Heavy cream - 100 milliliters
  • Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
