Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut flour - 20 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Unsalted butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Chopped walnuts - 30 grams (for topping)
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (for topping)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and erythritol.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and water until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and shape each into a ring (halkalar) on the prepared baking tray.
  6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon on top of each ring.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
