- Coconut flour - 20 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Erythritol - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Unsalted butter - 30 grams, melted
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Chopped walnuts - 30 grams (for topping)
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (for topping)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and erythritol.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and water until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls and shape each into a ring (halkalar) on the prepared baking tray.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon on top of each ring.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
