  • Water - 100 ml
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, and salt.
  2. Add the eggs and water to the dry ingredients, then mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese, fresh spinach, and black pepper to create the filling.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
  6. Place half of the filling on one half of each dough circle, then fold the other half over to create a pocket.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each gözleme for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
