  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams

  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
