Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground meat (beef or turkey) - 200 grams
  • Tomato sauce (unsweetened) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Using a spiralizer or a grater, create zucchini noodles (zoodles) and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground meat, cooking until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese until smooth.
  5. In a large baking dish, combine the zoodles, cooked ground meat, and tomato sauce. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the top and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
