- Zucchini - 300 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Grated mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground meat (beef or turkey) - 200 grams
- Tomato sauce (unsweetened) - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Using a spiralizer or a grater, create zucchini noodles (zoodles) and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground meat, cooking until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese until smooth.
- In a large baking dish, combine the zoodles, cooked ground meat, and tomato sauce. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the top and mix well.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
