Ingredients
- Unsweetened gelatin - 10 grams
- Water - 200 ml
- Erythritol - 80 grams
- Hazelnuts (chopped) - 50 grams
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 100 ml of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the remaining 100 ml of water and erythritol. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the erythritol dissolves completely.
- Once the erythritol is dissolved, bring the mixture to a gentle boil and then reduce the heat to low.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the saucepan and stir until fully dissolved.
- Stir in the coconut oil, rose water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in the chopped hazelnuts.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or a lined square pan and let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
