- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped red bell pepper, and parsley.
- Add cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice to the meat mixture and mix well until fully combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it holds together.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
