  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped red bell pepper, and parsley.
  2. Add cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice to the meat mixture and mix well until fully combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it holds together.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
