- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon - 1, cut into wedges (for serving)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your preferred level of doneness and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
