- Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Parsley (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, cumin, black pepper, salt, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions. Wet your hands slightly and mold each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to form a long, cylindrical shape.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are well browned and cooked through.
- While the kebabs are grilling, warm the flatbreads on the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side until slightly toasted.
- Serve the Kebap Adana hot, accompanied by the warm flatbreads and lemon wedges for squeezing over the kebabs.
