- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams

- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, chopped
- Red onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- While the chicken is marinating, preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, and then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
