Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, chopped
  • Red onion - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, and then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
