- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - a handful, chopped for garnish
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or julienne peeler to create zucchini noodles. Set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef or lamb. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine with the meat mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the zucchini is slightly tender but still firm.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
