Ingredients

  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or julienne peeler to create zucchini noodles. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef or lamb. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
