  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Potato - 1 medium, diced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 600 milliliters
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced carrot, potato, and green bell pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the diced tomato, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir well to combine.
