Steps
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into an oval shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Drizzle honey over the cheese layer, then evenly distribute the diced melon on top.
