Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon (chopped)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  3. In a pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the cauliflower florets for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  5. In a baking dish, drizzle the olive oil and then add the blanched cauliflower florets evenly.
  6. Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower, making sure all florets are covered.
  7. Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
