- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Grated mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the cauliflower florets for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- In a baking dish, drizzle the olive oil and then add the blanched cauliflower florets evenly.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower, making sure all florets are covered.
- Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
