- Water - 100 ml
- Olive oil - for frying
- Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, whisking until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Dip the squid rings into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat; enough oil should be used to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated squid rings in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the squid from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
