Ingredients

  • calamari (cleaned and sliced) - 400 grams
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cleaned and sliced calamari to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the calamari from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place them on the grill.
  5. Grill the calamari for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and have nice grill marks.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
