  • Suwarma (or deli meat) - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. While the skillet heats, assemble the sandwiches by layering two slices of bread with crumbled feta cheese, slices of suwarma, tomato, cucumber, and green bell pepper.
  3. Season the filling with salt and black pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
