- Suwarma (or deli meat) - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh parsley - a handful, chopped
Steps
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- While the skillet heats, assemble the sandwiches by layering two slices of bread with crumbled feta cheese, slices of suwarma, tomato, cucumber, and green bell pepper.
